If a CD arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately for a Return Authorization Number. (We cannot guarantee that jewel boxes will arrive undamaged). Print this number on the outside of the package. The cost of the return shipping will be credited to you. When we receive your package, we will send off your replacement. No returns accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
